After my dad's motorcycle π️ accident
I had to charge the battery π and fill it each red compartment full of fluid. Battery juice leaked all over the motorcycle frame. So I took the seat off and cleaned up the mess.A photo of my dad foot. After his accident, hes been moving slow. I dug up his garden and harvested his onions and potatoes.
And then got home to clean the battery acid off. It was about to rain after I charged it and fill the battery with fluid.
So I had to ride it back before the roads got slick.
Today I wipe it down with water and a paper towel.
Some marks on the bike are going to stay.
I guess my ambition to ride motorcycles with my dad are done. Which is sort of a bummer. I was looking at getting one myself instead of using just his.
But after two accidents with in two years. I think he's done.
I'm still looking at bikes. And before he sells this one I'm riding it,. Maybe next year I'll get me a dually.
If finances improve.
A few photos after surgery and I see his ankle looks quite sore.
Some broken ribs and I guess today was his first night able to sleep on his side.
Which is a game changer in his books.
The handle grips to protect the hands are catching the clutch so it does this jumping motion after you let it go and throttle it cause it takes a second for the clutch to let go after you let it go. As lately it lift the front tire in first and second cause of the delay and acceleration. Made a few fun days ☺️ before that changed.
