Moving the house today
Moved the livingroom and bedroom byMyself, I get cleaning the house moving all the furniture out if the living room. Putting a main bedroom into the garage.
Only to vacuum first before my sister went over with carpet cleaning machine.
Only to move most of it back into the rooms after in an random arrangement.
I tried getting the couch into the bedroom and with my moving experience 😉.
I just couldn't get it in. Even took the door off and the feet on the couch. It's older couch so big and bulky.
As usual, the whole day I was sweating profusely.
Cleaned the shower 🚿 and toilets. The jobs just never ended.
I did pull out a pork roast thawing in the sink but there was no room in the kitchen.
I decided I'd just snack.
Ham and cheese croissant 🥐 for supper from Lake view bakery.
I stopped in and got one for lunch and saved one for a snack later if the kitchen never cleared.
By seven most the stuff was back in the rooms.
Besides the bed which is now in the garage.
With the motorcycle 🏍️.
I'm hoping we could sell our couch and chair, also to let the queen bed go some where else also.
Kim is frustrated that I just want the mission store to take the stuff.
So I'm stuck with flip flopping decision of do you sell it or keep it.
I'd like to downsize a bit. And I hear it takes years to do that.
Bits and parts here and there got to slowly go.
If we were to move to an apartment after Dixie. We'd have to part with lots of stuff.
Over all the day was good, my brother and his wife helped clean the carpets after I moved it all. Picking loose ends up. It seemed to get done.
Tomorrow I'm hoping to get mopping the kitchen and finish cleaning the table.
I washed the dog bowl and dish also 😀
☺️Dixie is happy, she ate her meal quite easily tonight with Kims extras on her food.
I also applied for 2-3 jobs tonight. Hopefully that works out later this week or next week to see somebody.
My response to an interview was. I was told to make a template for other responses later down the road.
As such putting it here.
